"Reel Horse Cable Reel Flange Nailer. A new addition to its family of better nailing systems, this time aimed at a market not in wood pallets, but one in the clinch nailing of wooden cable reel flanges.
Assembly Series. Machines built to make very difference pallets and to take these away from gun nails and manual tables.
Patriot Series. These are automated Single Nailing Head Systems (which includes pallet stacker) capable of running between 500 and 700 Pallets per shift. The Patriot can be ordered for stringer, block and or top decks. It is the basis for our other nailing systems.
Patriot AutoMat. This is a Nailing System that is designed to manufacture top decks at a maximum output. This machine is equipped with automatic deck board and stringer placement. It comes standard with crash clinching or optionally with power roll clinching. It has an automatic stacker included as well.
Explorer Series. These are advanced automated Single Nailing Head Systems capable of running between 800 to 1200 stringer pallets per shift and the same amount of block pallets as the Patriot.
The Trailblazer Series. This our basic two nailing head systems with half pallet tuner and stacker. It is the base for our more advanced system, the Excalibur. Production one this system is between 1400 to 1800 per shift. Trailblazers can be ordered to make block pallets as well.
The Excalibur Series. Our top of the line in production of wood pallets. It is capable of making a stringer pallet in eight seconds and can run block pallets at the same rate as the Trailblazer.
The Excalibur II. Our most advanced pallet nailing system for nailing of block pallets. This is a complete nailing line with two nailing heads, two turners, pallet stacker, automatic block and deck board placement. Nailing Rate is around eight seconds per pallet. Clinch capable as well as using up to three sizes of nails. The choice of CHEP and PECO Producers in North America.
